Rubber keypads are traditionally used in the manufacture of large products of universal use. LC Elektronik offer is addressed also to customers who want to use them in small or niche production.

Rubber keypads - main technical parameters:

  1. Colors of silicones based  RAL palette. Possibility of combining different silicone colors in the area of keypad surface
     
  2. The shape of the contact point of carbon resin, preferred size:
    1. conductive rings illuminated keyboard technology
    2. 6mm outer diameter of the disc, the disc inner diameter of 4mm
    3. Outer diameter disc 6.4 mm internal diameter 4mm disc
    4. 8mm outer diameter of the disc, the disc inner diameter of 4mm
    5. The conductive rings of sizes: 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 5.5mm, 6mm diameter
       
  3. The construction of the keypad using the switch as part of a signal generator
     
  4. Travel key distance, the preferred size of0.8 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm.
     
  5. Printout of any RAL and number of colors
     
  6. Actuation force,  preferred values: 100gr. 120gr. 150g. 180gr. 200gr.
     
  7. The finish of the key surface - a drop of epoxy resin poured out only on a flat plane or  PU-lacquer
     
  8. Vulcanization components of the keyboard with silicones different hardness and different color.
     
  9. Laser Engraver at the face of key possible
     
  10. Spread painting at the entire surface of the keyboard opaque paints, for use in engraving technology pictograms descriptions keyboard illumination.
     
  11. Any  shape and size  of keypad possible
